Feedback Process

Mirexus Biotechnologies Inc. welcomes feedback on how we provide accessible customer service. Customer feedback helps us identify barriers and respond to concerns.

People who would like to provide feedback on how Mirexus provides goods and services to people with disabilities are encouraged to contact the CEO through written mail, email or telephone

People providing feedback are encouraged to provide as much information as possible about the concern, such as: dates, times, names, contact information, a description of the concern.

The company takes all feedback, including complaints, seriously. The CEO will investigate legitimate complaints and respond within 30 calendar days. The response will be in the same format as the feedback was received and will summarize the findings of the investigation and the actions, if any, that will be taken to mitigate the concern.

Mirexus Biotechnologies Inc. will make sure our feedback process is accessible to people with disabilities by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, on request.

Mirexus Biotechnologies Inc. will provide this document in an accessible format or with communication support, on request. We will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of the format or communication support.
